1. All guests must present a valid government ID at the time of check-in.
2. Check-in & check-out time: 10:00 AM - 09:00 AM (24hrs.) OR 06:00 PM - 05:00 PM. If you wish to extend your stay, please notify the office immediately.
3. Payments should be settled at check-in; extra ordered bills to be paid at checkout. No refund for extra services.
4. Advance booking amounts are strictly non-refundable in case of cancellation.
5. Alcohol: Guests may bring their own alcohol (corkage charges applicable). We serve but do not sell alcohol on the premises.
6. Firearms, deadly weapons, and drugs are strictly prohibited inside the resort.
7. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms, apartments, and public areas.
8. Pets are not allowed inside the rooms.
9. For safety, observe maximum occupancy limits per room.
10. Cooking inside rooms is prohibited.
11. Buffet items are not allowed to be used as starters.
12. Outside food or drinks are not allowed in the resort.
13. The resort is not responsible for personal injuries or loss/damage to personal belongings. Ensure your belongings are secure.
14. Parking is at your own risk. The resort is not responsible for vehicle loss or damage.
15. Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to resort property and may be asked to pay compensation.
16. Additional charges may apply for use of electrical appliances.
17. Please observe silence during the night and early morning hours for consideration of all guests.
18. Rooms will be cleaned between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Please inform housekeeping if required.
19. Swimming Pool usage allowed between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Children must be supervised.
20. Gazebo & BBQ usage is paid; prior booking recommended.
21. Meals: Breakfast – 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM; Lunch – 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM; Evening Snacks – 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM; Dinner – 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
22. Bar Timing: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
23. Terrace Dining: Available for dinner with prior booking.
24. Gamezone: Rules must be followed; villa management not responsible for injuries.
25. Room rules: No smoking, pets not allowed, cooking prohibited, max occupancy limits.
26. Check-out: Clear all bills at the billing counter before leaving.
27. Housekeeping, first aid, and caretaker services are available on request.
28. Laundry and other services are available as per villa policies.
29. Guests are responsible for damage to villa property.
30. In case of disciplinary issues, management reserves the right to take strict action including asking guests to leave the resort premises.
